Interview with Sivarasa and "DNA" lies

The recent hoo-ha about Anwar being "uncooperative" was plastered all over the media, so as to hoodwink the nation into believing in the logic of DNA sampling - "for truth"!

They are obviously very much aware that most Malaysians don't understand the nature of DNA sampling, and how it can be used to fabricate evidence in a system that's devoid any credibility.

Some people believe in the oaths taken by flip-flopping pathological liars, especially if in the name of God or on Holy Books.
With regard to Dr. Mahathir's ignorance/silence on matters of DNA, I truly sympathize - after all such sampling wasn't available in the good ol' days when he registered himself as an Indian for his Medical seat across the causeway.
Moreover, he's an old man .... so we shall let him be.

KJ, Hamid, Mukhriz, Najib and Pak Lah on the other hand "believe" or choose to make people believe that DNA is the "holy grail" of "truth". They wish to hide the fact that it can be the "Holy Grail" of lies, though ......

Malaysia Kini reported this on Pak Lah:
"He was told that the sample taken in 1998 was too old and the authorities needed a fresh sample for their investigation.

"If he is not guilty, why worry about giving a new DNA sample. If he is indeed innocent, there is nothing for him to fear," he said."

This is the system that now claims credibility at handling "DNA samples", when the same people are today involved in the case, even if indirectly.

As such this interview with Sivarasa, attempted at highlighting this matter - with reference to the expunging of evidence in the previous trial during the time of Mahathir.

"Sivarasa also urged the government to stop making statements that Anwar was not cooperating with the police investigations into the alleged sodomy claim made against him.

The lawyer also said that the police were not addressing Anwar's concerns about the possibility of his DNA sample being fabricated and manipulated.

"In 1998-1999 trials, Anwar experienced the phenomenon of fabrication of DNA evidence. We had SAC Rodwan illegally removing DNA samples from forensic custody. In cross-examination of the prosecution's witnesses it was exposed that DNA taken from blood samples was planted on the infamous mattress," said Sivarasa.

"When confronted with this fact the prosecution amended its charge and persuaded the judge, Augustine Paul, to expunge the entire DNA evidence from the record, preventing Anwar's lawyers from responding.""
