MT Blocked!!??

Malaysia Today is being blocked by TMNet.
I wonder why .... everybody know that they flunked out bigtime in Permatang Pauh!
Maybe they need a scapegoat to vent out their anger or frustration on?
With "these guys", anything ridiculous is possible, I guess ....

This was what I found from another blog:

takizo says:

Silly thing to see that MCMC instructed Malaysia’s ISP - TMNet to block off malaysia-today.net through DNS null routing. Below is the result we found through TMNET’s DNS Servers;

dig @202.188.1.5 www.malaysia-today.net

; <<>> DiG 9.4.2 <<>> @202.188.1.5 www.malaysia-today.net

No censorship on internet? F*** ME.. It’s now happened in Malaysia. I strongly suggest user switch over to opendns for better surfing. Visit the website for more info.

Soon or later I think MCMC will block chedet.com too :)

===========================================

OPEN DNS!!
DO USE IT! It works real great!!
To access Malaysia Today please click on the following links for more info:

Alternatively, you may use
Anonymouse.org or
OnlineAtSchool.com to get there!
But OpenDNS is still the best!!
(My Tor/Privoxy doesn't work with FF3.1 which I use, so I donno if it'll work .....)

BTW, to those who are paranoid about snoops coming to check on your PC,
if you guys want extra security on your PCs, I recommend "Sandboxie"
- check it out. It's cool.

Happy surfing guys ....
Down with Dictators & "Moral Guardians"!!!
Down with the Sore LOSERS!
Barisan Rakyat, RPK & MT forever!!!
MERDEKA!!!

  3. Hi
    I have been living abroad for the last couple of years, although still a Malaysian. The only decent news I get is from sites like this and MT etc.Of course one has to be discerning when reading these sites,but apart from TDM there does not seem to any that articulate and support the present regime policies and issues.Guess we all know why.

  4. ad8991,
    Yep we all know that why.
    The saddest part of it all is, those in power are totally clueless and do all the wrong things.
    They score their own goals, and blame their opponents for playing hard!

    Not that Anwar is a saint - but he seems like fairy Godfather, when we put him beside these imbeciles we call "leaders".

    Other than the structural monstrosities, this is what Mahadey has left behind as his legacy .... and yet there are guys who can kiss the floor he walks on!

    This is Bolehland!
