to allow a rally in a Stadium,
they have denied a permit,
refused a venue,
declared unilaterally that the rally is illegal,
shutdown roads,
suspended public transport
& barred all the organizers from attending the rally using the Police Force
- when HRH DYMM YDPA has
apparently granted organizers their wish ....
