Happy to see that at the end there is no accident but Such induced Jams even if no accident is not to be tolerated. The complaint of crawl, crawl, crawl signifies jams are hated, hated, hated. There are things going on which we are not easy to see as we drive pass in the fast lane "converted" into a slow lane. Apologize for the confusion.
