MURDER, SHE SAID!!!

Teoh Beng Hock murdered

National

IMG_0369B KUALA LUMPUR: Teoh Beng Hock was murdered. Top Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand (picture) has sufficient evidence to prove that he was killed.

The Parti Keadilan Rakyat organ, Suara Keadilan, reports in its latest edition that her forensic report will be presented at the January 7 inquest into Teoh’s untimely death.

The weekly quotes unnamed Health Ministry sources as saying that Pornthip reached her conclusion after a second postmortem at the Sungai Buloh hospital.

The report adds that Pornthip has made known her findings to all TBHock 1 relevant groups, including the Teoh family and the Selangor government, which commissioned her services.

Teoh (picture) was the political secretary to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah. Yong is the Seri Kembangan assemblyperson and a member of DAP, a member party of the ruling coalition in Selangor.

On 15 July, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), investigating allegations of misappropriation of state allocations, raided Yong’s office. Teoh was questioned as a witness at the Selangor MACC office later that day.

At about 1.30pm the following day, a janitor found Teoh’s sprawled body on the fifth floor of the building.

The coroner’s court allowed Teoh’s remains be exhumed on Nov 21 for a second-post mortem.

Earlier in October Pornthip told coroner Azmil Mustapha Abas that based on photographs of his remains, she was 80 percent sure that Teoh was murdered.

The second autopsy was witnessed by British pathologist Prof Dr Peter Venezis acting for MACC, Dr Khairul Azman Ibrahim and Dr Prashant Naresh Samberkar.

Oh No -Not the Umno's "Social Contract" Hogwash Again!!

The following was my comment (with minor editing) to Art Harun's well written "An open reply to Dr Mohd Ridhuan Tee Abdullah".

"government is not a matter of natural rights or social contract,
as in many forms of liberalism. Forms of government are, rather,
to be judged according to "utility in the largest sense,
grounded on the permanent interest of man as a progressive being"

~ on J.S. Mill's "On Liberty"

Well said, Art - if only more Muslim/Malay politicians could rise up to fight for reason, Malaysia would definitely be a better place. This of course is too much to expect (especially when we have a "Mr. Cakap Omputih" as the spokesperson of the ruling govt).

The point that Tee fella (and many other so-called Umno/Ulama aligned pseudo-intellectuals/Ulama, mind you) is making is simply this -
"I don't give a F%$*ing rats ass if I'm said to be right, wrong or stupid-
all that matters is that I support my paymasters. Period.
"
These are people who have renounced all common sense, to serve their masters.

For reason to get through, they'll need far more than the lonely voices of reason from people such as you, Haris, RPK, YB Khalid Samad (yes- one of those rare voices of reason in PAS ... but where are the Ulamas?) etc.
The established "defenders of Islam" in Pakatan Rakyat, don't seem to make much of a whimper on issues of the fascist "Ketuanan Melayu" ideas, especially when in touches on "stolen advantages" to their benefit - albeit in the name of God.

Things can change- but if only you guys become more forceful, and smack them in their disgusting faces.
In fact, I actually think open rebellion/ revolution against such as these, is warranted in the so-called "social contract" (which he and many other political/ pseudo-religious perverts, so obviously know nothing of).
Some people are too dumb for reason, and only know the law of the jungle ....

"The dictum that truth always triumphs over persecution
is one of the pleasant falsehoods which men repeat
after one another till they pass into commonplaces,
but which all experience refutes."

~John Stuart Mill

Mahathir - Twisted Logic 101

"... I think they (Indian Muslims) will be accepted by all if
they can pick either to become a Muslim or Indian,"
he was quoted as saying by Bernama.

"The problem of Indian Muslims will be resolved if they can decide
and choose to become either a Muslim or an Indian," he added.

Elaborating, Mahathir said people in Thailand and Indonesia
called themselves Thais and Indonesians but this is not the case here.

=================================

There is a big problem here - and (to quote Russell Peters), "somebody's gonna get hurt real bad"!! There's some confusion between Nationality, Ethnicity/race/heritage and Religion in the aging mind of Mahathir and his apologists. They somehow don't seem to be able to define it well - to them, it all amounts to the "constitutional definition of being a Malay", and nothing else matters.
He doesn't understand how a person can be a nationalist, and yet hold on to his cultural heritage!! He doesn't understand how one can be an ethnic Indian/Chinese and an Indonesian/Thai/American/ Canadian etc etc etc, at the same time!!

It reminds me of what many of us feel - "I Love My Country; but Does My Country Love Me?" The answer here is quite simple - pluralism be damned - in Mahathir's (and therefore, BN/Umno/MCA/MIC's) Malaysia, your country cannot love you unless you are "constitutionally Malay" and consequently "accepted".
So much for Jibby's 1-Malaysia!!

Mahathir seems to be of the opinion that "to be accepted", probably means to "become Muslim", when they're already Muslims. The beauty about all this is, the fact that he implies that "being Muslim" is "being Malay" and consequently leads to- "being accepted". The Indian Muslim, has to give up his "Indian" heritage, suck up to the artificial Umno-Malay ways - and voila - you're accepted!! It's as simple as that!! You can then get all the benefits of the plunder which Umno perpetrates - at least in the next generation, lah. (No wonder some mamaks shamelessly go all-out to be categorized as second-class bumiputras/Malays).

The result of Indian Muslims "becoming Malay"

There seems to be no other way in his mind, that one can be accepted- even if one is a hardcore Malaysian nationalist at heart, or a patriot. All that matters is that he "becomes Malay", by abandoning his cultural heritage which is far older than the "constitutional Malay" ways.
In short, that means - You cannot be accepted unless you are constitutionally, Malay!! Now if that isn't racist, I don't know what is!

Neil Khor in his article "Indian Muslims - in defence of Mahathir" in MalaysiaKini, acknowledges the fallacy in the above statement, but turns out to be the apologist for Mahathir in saying, "But to be fair, what was the context and what was the situation that Dr Mahathir Mohamad was referring to?", and says that Mahathir isn't racist for playing up the race and religion factors - to "be accepted" as Malaysian.

He then goes on to say, "To be Malaysian, to Mahathir, means giving up this emotional link to one's country of origin. He also said that the Indian Muslims must decide whether to be Indian or Muslim. In the context of his speech, this means deciding whether one was Indian as an ethnic category or Malay, as Muslims are defined constitutionally".

Herein lies the twisted logic, for which Neil Khor wishes to be the spinmaster.
Firstly, being Muslim has never been "defined constitutionally" - only "Malay", as silly as it may seem, is.
What's worse, is the fact that we have an academic by the name of
NEIL KHOR [who has recently completed his PhD at the University of Cambridge (!!). He is co-author of 'Non-Sectarian Politics in Malaysia: The Case of Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia' (2008).] subscribing to this fallacy and denying that Mahathir is being racist!! He seems to say that the Indian Muslims have a choice - they can abandon their "race", and overnight "become Malay" to be accepted!!
He does concede that "in a non-sectarian society, they would not have to make the choice that Mahathir has put to them. They can be both Indian Muslim and Malaysian" - he however does not condemn the sectarianism which is the source of the evil, but instead encourages them to adopt this evil which Mahathir preaches!!!

I wouldn't know - Maybe it was some greenbacks for which Neil Khor has traded his academic integrity. Maybe he just doesn't care about being Malaysian, and already holds a PR in UK - why else would he ignore the implications of Mahathir's racist statement ...

RMAF Jet Fighters of the Future?

With our fighter-jet engines sold "for less than RM50,000,000.00 each",
thanks to Wan Imran, we have been enlightened on the future of RMAF....
Malaysian Government is probably saving up cost and trying to FINANCE it's huge DEFICIT, which is probably WHY it sold off those JET ENGINES! Thus they came up with LIGHTER JETS as seen in this photo for emergencies! No wonder Najib wants to give INCENTIVES for Malaysia's Aerospace industry ( WHAT Aerospace Industry??? )....

From the Desk of Judge Wenger J Khairy:

Dr Mahathir ...Probe You. Not Pak Lah

"9. In order that the enquiry by the commission would be successful, Government must give the undertaking to give full access to the commission of all the documents and accounts of the Government over the period 1981-2009. There should be no cover-up of any kind."

I am very glad that Dr. Mahathir has agreed to be probed, and I volunteer to be the sole judge, jury and executioner in this matter.

Finally for once in his life, Dr. Mahathir is agreeing to take the responsibility and be scrutinized. I hereby request the following documents from him/ the Government .

As nobody has any issue with Pak Lah, he should first seek to clear his name. Pak Lah's name is very clean. Nobody is calling Pak Lah any names nor are any foreign writers claiming that Pak Lah cost RM 100 billion.

  1. All Government contracts, privatization options, PFI projects given to Mirzan Mahathir
  2. All Government contracts, privatization concessions, PFI projects given to Mokhzani Mahathir
  3. All Government contracts, privatization concessions, PFI projects given to Mukhriz Mahathir
  4. All communications, proposals and working papers relating to the purchase of MISC assets by Petronas
  5. All communications, proposals and working papers relating to the repurchase of MAS for RM 8 / share by the Ministry of Finance, inclusive of the approval and working committe papers
  6. Summary of all Contracts given for the development of Putrajaya
  7. Summary of all Contracts given for the maintenance of Putrajaya
  8. Summary of all Contracts given for the development of KLIA
  9. The shareholding of the companies awareded contract sums in excess of RM 2 million for the development of KLIA
  10. The shareholding of the companies awareded contract sums in excess of RM 2 million for the development of Putrajaya
  11. The names of all Ketua Bahagian UMNO between 1993 - 2000. We will cross reference the list in 6-10 to prove that Dr. Mahathir did not give any contracts to his political cronies. This is a free service
  12. A Legally Binidng Rights Waiver, enforceable in Switzerland that allows the holder to check against a list of Private Swiss Banks on any accounts held by the said individual. The individual will be named later in front of a Commissioner of Oaths
  13. The working paper report behind the Maminco Scandal
  14. The internal reports post the Bank Negara Forex loss
  15. The entire volume of correspondences between the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Finance with the subject heading "Perwaja"
  16. The terms and contracts of Solution Protocol Sdn. Bhd for the computerization of the Government Hospitals, with an annexure of shareholding of SP by companies and the director's of said companies
  17. A list of all known business associates, proxies, partners of Mukrhiz, Mokhzani and Mirzan Mahahtir, if such a document exists, and if not go search for it.
  18. The finalized audited statement of accounts for the Commonwealth Games
  19. The terms and contracts behind the privatization of the IPP
  20. The terms and contracts behind the privatization of tolls and highways
  21. The working paper report, if any, which showed that the IPP was bound to lose money for Tenaga and bound to be a burden for the people. If it does not exist, then look harder
  22. The list of all APs holders, with special focus on all holders directly related by marriage or by family to Dr. Mahathir
  23. The total sum of credit exposures Malaysian registered Financial Intermediaries had with respect to Mirzan Mahahtir and Mokhzani Mahathir between 1996 - 2000
  24. The detailed operational accounts of Danaharta

I await his answer.

In the mean time I find him GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT.

He should be ashamed of himself.

Causing so much problem and dishonour to the country by being accused of all of this.

Really what a disgrace!

The Great 1-Malaysia Sale - Comments

The following are comments from MalaysiaKini:-

'What else will go missing? The country?'

'Back in 1995, PM Dr Mahathir Mohamad was quoted as saying 'lama-lama kapalterbang pun hilang juga' when he was asked about a gold heist at the Subang airport.'

Missing jet engine: PM promises no cover-up

Raja Rajan: Back in 1995, prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad was quoted as saying 'lama-lama kapalterbang pun hilang juga' when he was asked about a gold heist at the Subang airport. Well 14 years on, nothing much has improved in terms of national security. It has worsened.

Alright, it's only an aircraft engine, not a plane yet. But the government has always said it was thwarting an imminent threat to national security whenever it arrested its political opponents under the ISA, how come it missed these guys at the Sungai Besi RMAF airbase?

Aren't they traitors who betrayed the government, nation and the king? Remember an arms heist at a Mindef base a few years ago? Nothing happened to the culprits. Nothing will happen now either. What else would go missing? The country? Defence Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi should resign.

Tan Kian Khim: Najib says '...no cover-up in missing jet engine investigation'. Clearly he means that this 'investigation' will be just like the 'no cover-up investigation' over the submarine commissions, Sukhois and Altantuya Shaariibuu murder.

Has anyone checked whether the submarines still have their engines? Do the Sukhoi fighters still have wings? Do the soldiers actually have ammunition in their rifles or did someone sell that to Iran too?

Maybe I should go and pick up a few missiles to sell for extra pocket money, since it seems so easy to smuggle a jet engine off an RMAF base.

Sivakumar Subramaniam: Dear prime minister, let me see if I understand your statement correctly. What you're saying is that a few 'motivated' personnel are all it takes to smuggle our defence capabilities out of the country outside of the control of your Defence Ministry and the only measure you are taking is to let the armed forces discipline their own soldiers.

God help us if some country wages war on us, or if our weapons land in the wrong hands.

Doc: Thank goodness the perpetrators were kind enough to only steal one engine. I presume the jet can still fly with the other engine (assuming that the other engine is still around and in working order). In view of the '1Malaysia' concept; '1engine', also can fly la!

Knowing the current ruling government's trend; they will probably buy back the engine from the South Americans at double the cost they sold it to them.

Playfair: The military has had many cases of goods or/and money being stolen, lost, misplaced and misappropriated. But it has never faced such serious losses of sensitive items as under Najib Abdul Razak's watch as defence minister. The al-Ma'unah arms heist and the stolen C4 high explosives all involved loss of life.

The question is, should not the defence minister then be also responsible and accountable for such glaring thefts at his ministry? At least the moral responsibility to own up to it. It is this kind of evasion of responsibility that undermines the trust in the integrity of the nation's political leadership.

Saya Boleh: What does he mean 'no cover-up'? The whole damn episode has been covered up since 2007. It's shameful.

They roped in an innocent Sin Chew journalist and Seputeh member of parliament Teresa Kok under the ISA for being an alleged threat to national security, but let off a brigadier-general and his 40 thieves (with full pension) who have clearly breached national security. The minister in charge should have resigned or be sacked immediately.

Remember the defence minister's reaction on this issue when he said 'a group of low-ranking officers were in cahoots with civilians in the well-planned theft and sale of the RM50 million engine'?

Well, if the minister of defence considers a brigadier-general as a low-ranking officer, then he has no business being the minister of defence at all. This is another big lie from BN.

Abil: The jet engine was missing from 2007 and only now this has been revealed. Is this not complacency on the part of authorities? C4 explosives too have been lost in the past.

This is a very serious breach of national security and but everyone seems to be waiting for this and that report before bringing the culprits to justice. Great for Najib and his KPI.

AM Ayob: Why didn't Najib promise a 'no cover-up' in the Altantuya case? Is it because he was afraid the most undesirable would turn up? The stinkiest can of worms that can send some individuals to jail for a very long time?

However, in the missing plane engine case, the people implicated are not important to the PM; they are people that he can do without. Allah knows best.

SameSame: Let me get this right. He said there will be 'no cover-up'. Does that mean and that such issues are normally covered-up?

Frankie Tan: No wonder those Nuri helicopters have been crashing so often throughout their lifespans. Could be that some of their engines were stolen to be replaced by Proton car engines?
