A "State of Abduction and Ransom"?
The hype surrounding the debate was unwarranted
- it wasn't a debate between equals.
Mr. Shabery was meant to look ridiculous
-despite his Gucci suit/ foaming at the mouth.
Mr. Anwar was meant to "win"
- despite his pathetically shabby jacket and sad face.
Much has been written and debated about the "Historic Debate"
-and the newfound "openness" of the information industry/ politics.
What was it actually? A Drama?
A showcase for "openness"? A stage for "matyrdom"?
A 'Real' Debate, or just Media Fodder and a Diversion,?
The whole event, was a drama of designed distraction, which was engineered to divert focus of the people - the events that are unfolding in the corridors of power, don't augur well for the nation.
Malaysia is currently at a "virtual standstill".
Nothing is moving despite all the political rhetoric that's being thrown everywhere.
For all practical purpose, there is technically, "political chaos".
Neither the Ruling coalition nor the opposition have any decent political leadership to speak of.
On one side, we have an impending internal implosion
-and on the other a "trojan horse party", intent on asserting their role in "opposition politics", for their contribution to the success of PR.
These "trojans" (I had written about them long ago - asking them to ask themselves if they are "trojans" whenever they thump their chest), is the "Achilles Heel" of the "menage-a-trois" pact between the unlikely parties.
They'd never ( not in a hundred years) accept another person who might have a different idea of statecraft, despite being totally clueless themselves.
Little do they realize, that they are being "played" by the spin-masters and political pirates who hold the nation at "ransom" - like our "good friend" Mr. Mugabe is doing in Zimbabwe. He'd only agree to "lose", if he can "share power"!
The principles of Nelson Mandela, in not being enslaved by political power doesn't figure in the equation.
Mandela did not hold the Nation at ransom, after having given birth to it unlike some others .....
Malaysia is today a nation "abducted", and held at ransom by a select elite, bent on rape & plunder of the nation's resources.
Who the perpetrators or victims are, don't seem to matter any more. Neither do the law, public opinion, justice or truth.
What matters today is - who weilds the power - and the "law" is that which the "powers that be" sees fit, will deal with irresponsible elements who "disturb the peace".
Might is Right, in Malaysia - it is the law of the jungle.
The only difference is, nobody is dying (as yet, at least) - cos it's only the monkeys who are restless, and are making the most noise as yet. They are throwing the fruits at their perceived enemies ....
The vultures are already flying overhead and the Hyenas are encircling their prey - the people.
Although the dogs (who are clueless themselves) are yet to be unleashed by the monkeys, they are however definitely on standby.
The tiger is slowly awakening out of his slumber .....
The "trojan" Horses are meanwhile busy trying to cut deals with the pigs, so as to get a piece of the pie (although they'll only end up with the slop).
And the birds have begun taking flight, although the tension on the ground wouldn't hurt them so badly.
But of course the show must go on, so we had a "debate" - and much was spoken about Money.
The bottomline in it all was about "Money"
- yes, "It's the Money, Stupid" .....
That reminded me of the best parts of Atlas Shrugged.
Here it is, an excerpt, though not in the actual order (for the sake of relevance):
(To those who cannot see the relevance, I apologize for the lack of clarity).
"When you accept money in payment for your effort, you do so only on the conviction that you will exchange it for the product of the effort of others.
It is not the moochers or the looters who give value to money.
Not an ocean of tears nor all the guns in the world can transform those pieces of paper in your wallet into the bread you will need to survive tomorrow.
Those pieces of paper, which should have been gold, are a token of honor - your claim upon the energy of the men who produce."
"But money demands of you the highest virtues, if you wish to make it or to keep it.
Men who have no courage, pride or self-esteem, men who have no moral sense of their right to their money and are not willing to defend it as they defend their life, men who apologize for being rich
- will not remain rich for long."
"They are the natural bait of the swarms of looters that stay under rocks for centuries, but come crawling out at the first smell of a man who begs to be forgiven for the guilt of owning wealth.
They will hasten to relieve him of the guilt
- and of his life, as he deserves."
"Then you will see the rise of the men of the double standard
- the men who live by force, yet count on those who live by trade to create the value of their looted money
- the men who are the hitchhikers of virtue."
"In a moral society, these are the criminals, and the statutes are written to protect you against them."
"But when a society establishes criminals-by-right and looters-by-law
- men who use force to seize the wealth of disarmed victims
- then money becomes its creators' avenger.
Such looters believe it safe to rob defenseless men, once they've passed a law to disarm them."
"But their loot becomes the magnet for other looters, who get it from them as they got it.
Then the race goes, not to the ablest at production, but to those most ruthless at brutality.
When force is the standard, the murderer wins over the pickpocket.
And then that society vanishes, in a spread of ruins and slaughter."
"Do you wish to know whether that day is coming? Watch money."
"Money is the barometer of a society's virtue.
When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion - when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing
- when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors
- when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work,
and your laws don't protect you against them,
but protect them against you
- when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice
- you may know that your society is doomed."
"Money is so noble a medium that it does not compete with guns and it does not make terms with brutality.
It will not permit a country to survive as half-property, half-loot."
"Let me give you a tip on a clue to men's characters:
the man who damns money has obtained it dishonorably;
the man who respects it has earned it."
So long as men live together on earth and need means to deal with one another
- their only substitute, if they abandon money, is the muzzle of a gun."
- Ayn Rand, Atlas Shrugged

Discuss The Constitution - Stop the "Social Contract" Rhetoric then, Tun!
Saying that the social contract does not exist is like saying that Malaysia exists in a vacuum, without a Constitution and laws based on this Constitution."
- Dr. Mahathir, CheDet.com.
==========================================
I just went through TDM's take on the "Social Contract".It was quite a relief to note that we concur to the fact that The Federal Constitution is The Social Contract, and vice versa - I guess that should put to rest many an argument!
He even speaks of "the spirit" in which the constitution was formulated - as I had written in The Notion & the "Social Contract". !!
Good job of playing with words, I must say!
Let me to recap what I wrote earlier:-
" ..... that the Constitution is under attack by those who demand that the "social contract" be "renegotiated" is, I believe, inaccurate and misleading.
To imply that the political rhetoric of "the social contract" is The Federal Constitution, is nothing short of "a sin"!
To demand that we adhere to the Federal Constitution in its non-negotiable "spirit" and entirety, isn't an attack!
To discuss the Constitution and create awareness of it through healthy debate instead of a streetfight, is not to question it.
On the contrary - to understand it is to defend it from the perversion that it has been subject to. It's a necessity, so that Malaysia survives the onslaught of these Pirates of the Constitution. What is challenged, is simply the twisted definitions and 600 amendments that the Constitution has been subject to for 50yrs (more so in the last 20), which Shad deplores - nothing more.
Therefore, paranoia expressed by certain politicians who claim that - to discuss it, is to "challenge the social contract"- is totally unfounded and a cheap "fear mongering" trick. "Fear of destabilization" as a result of "inflamed passions" would not arise, unless these very politicians create the circumstances for it.
It is therefore, they who are responsible for the ignorance and potentially "inflamed passions" of the rakyat - not those who discuss the Constitution or the social contract.
From the right & left, these attacks just come from different leagues of "Pirates of the Constitution", and both preach "supremacy" of some sort (not so different from a fascists/ racists).
They who have redefined it based on the notion of Ketuanan Melayu or the "Syariah State", ignore the spirit in which it was formulated, at their own peril - and at the risk of destroying the nation along with it.
There is an argument that states that "the social contract is in the constitution". That argument cites convenient articles while ignoring the spirit of the constitution in its entirety. (Nor can Article 3 be used as an excuse to declare Malaysia an Islamic State, as Mahathir did for other reasons).
That argument is erroneous becos the social contract isn't in the constitution, but -"the Federal Constitution in its entirety, is THE social contract".
In citing the Constitution, one does not get to pick and choose elements from it, for political expediency - To do so, would be, to subject the Constitution to attack.
Being "imperfect"(as Shad Faruqi says it is), The Constitution has IMHO, one Major flaw/defect - in its "definition" the Malay - that it has ridiculously tied a "race" to an idea/faith/Islam.
Imagine this - to dissent would mean to be "constitutionally de-Malay-ise" yourself - or render one an "unconstitutional Malay"!!!
It was probably in the interest of enforcing/ manipulating "Malayness" politically, and preventing the freedom of thought - I wouldn't know (..... but it's fine by me). If it is demeaning (in that, it restricts freedom of thought), is however something for the "legally Malay of Nusantara" to consider.
As to how the 'constitutional experts' could have formulated such an ill-conceived "definition" of a race, is beyond my comprehension.
This "Constitutional definition of a Malay" has been so exclusively used, manipulated, and stressed on by many a "Ketuanan Melayu" politician, to create a siege mentality among the masses.
And it was only to evoke paranoia and distrust - so as to subvert the Spirit of Equality, Liberty, Fraternity and Solidarity that has been enshrined in The Constitution.
Wawasan 2020 was however launched, to blind a people, in a state struggling for nationhood, through the common identity of a "Bangsa Malaysia". At the very same time though, this idea was however subverted , (with the notion of 'KetuananMelayu' and the ever present "Chinese/Indian bogeyman"), and hence twisted the "social contract" of the Constitution into something it isn't.
To say that one "race or religion" is superior to the other (as per the prevalent political rhetoric), is to subvert the spirit in which the constitution was formulated.
To say that Malay rights would be "threatened" by the discussion & knowledge of Constitution is totally malicious.
What matters to politicians though, is power and control over the riches that belong to the masses, and that the masses are "made to know" that only they can "defend the rights of the people"!
The 65% of the nation's wealth that was in the hands of the British at Merdeka, was gradually squandered away upon acquisition by proponents of the NEP/ Ketuanan Melayu - leaving apparently 19% (at par value, actually) "Bumiputra" stake in the economy.
Such is the business acumen of the NEP-ists. Yes - the rempits, the pakcik/makciks and the usahawan bumiputra can still thump their chests and proudly say that the leaders are "protecting their interests".
It's all in the name of 'nation building', though - so it is fine. "
Good job Tun - but the spirit you speak off, is as bad & twisted as your intention in highlighting the Melaka Governor as a member of the Chinese National Army,
and requirement of "Nons" in "professional capacity" but avoid discussing that
"The Agong or the Rulers of the States should determine quotas of scholarships and licences for Malays. But no one should be deprived of whatever permits or licences in order to give to Bumiputras."
or that
- "Before these the Malay States were feudal with the Malay Rulers enjoying near absolute power. Only the elites played a role in State politics. The Malay subjects had no political rights at all."
Anyway, since it is late in the day, I'll get back to this some other time.
The "social contract" - A Dead-end Roadmap to Piracy
The articles were The Roadmap to Nationhood by Ahmad Mustapha and Farish Noor's A Dead End for Malaysian Politics?
The titles of two articles complement each other very well - so much so, the two could have been combined nicely under the title "A Dead-End Roadmap For Malaysian Politics & Nationhood".
What we see today is the result of the myopic methods and ideas prevalent since 1969.
The ghost of the "race riots" of May 13 still haunt the nation to no end, despite the recent March 8 "rebellion". These "ghost" will keep eating out the fabric of the nation, until & unless, the authorities reopen debate on matters and allow forum for the healing to take place without political interference - that can pave the way for nationhood.
One other much recycled & infamous ghost is - "The Social Contract", as defined by the Barisan Nasional "creed" (as Mahathir would call it), wherein to question is "rebellion/ sedition"..
(After the intro, I still await Mahathir's take on The Social Contract- as he had promised after Shad Faruqi media release promoting his book about the Constitution)
Sorely lacking in the Malaysian political environment, is the lively and civil debate of progressive ideas among the political parties.
At present, they all go down the same slippery road of "R & R" - race & religion.
Politicians and the people on all sides of the spectrum don't seem to see anything beyond the horizons of these two "issues" which have been the tools by which the electorate has been enslaved. Amidst all these smokescreens at play, we also have a political leadership that is intellectually and ideologically bankrupt, but adept at gymnastics of rhetoric and fear-mongering.
Taking demographics into consideration, it is the Malays who will determine the fate of the "nation", Ketuanan Melayu" and Bung-heads or not - and that is a foregone conclusion.
Any Malay leadership is doomed to collapse under it own weight of mediocrity, should the Malays fall for fear-mongering tactics used by certain parties, and subscribe to the "idol-worship" that is prevalent. And the pirates will keep on preaching their message of hatred, "perceived insecurities" and rights to more mega-handouts, so as to suck the nation dry. It is the mindset of the victims of "siege propaganda", which has "worked wonders" thus far.
When can we see the people take to leaders who speak of progressive ideas of nationhood? As RPK says, probably not in our lifetime.
Never mind the "race quotas" and "bumiputra privileges" preached by the federal govt (depite all the piracy)- they reached there with such an agenda.
Take the new movements that have come up lately (the numerous 'NGO's) - they all speak of "racial rights & quotas".
Hindraf comes up with their question of Perak councillors lately .... what difference does it make if the man at the helm is an Alaskan, if he can deliver to the community? And PAS wants only 5-time praying Muslims for the civil service and Islamic this and that? Aren't they asking all the wrong questions? Don't they know that the wrong questions beget all the wrong answers and threaten the feeble alliance in PR?
Don't they realize that they are playing the dangerous "Alliance social contract game"?
Man- I'm so sick of all the racism and religious bigotry on both sides of the fence!
One thing for sure - until an unless, there is a Malay leadership that can practice some form of honest meritocracy, accountability and social consciousness (devoid of chauvinism & bigotry), we are definitely at a dead-end. The "social contract" culture of cheating and manipulation has to go. It is their only possible salvation - and that of Malaysia!
They should have no reason to fear a political agenda that promises affirmative action based on economic status- if they are indeed the underprivileged. Other communities can only play a supporting role to the Malay polity.
The Malays don't have much of a choice -they must to rise to the occasion and stop subscribing to sectarianism, religious bigotry, the seige mentality, and discard the "BN social contract", so as to compete on a truly level playing field. It is in this arena that they can prove their metal - not in waving or kissing the kris, body-snatching, British math-whiz "escorts", Mongolian deaths, rempits or even the infamous Carburettor Dung (just couldn't resist it - had to include them! LOL!).
Or else, today's children of Malaysia are doomed to the gutters of the future- with a wawasan of piracy, mediocrity and despotism on a dead-end roadmap - and true Nationhood is but a pipedream.
Note: Dr Mahathir has already posted his "Social Contract" story at CheDet.com

It's just his "Bung-Style" .....
"It is up to the people to interpret (my hand sign) but I had no intention with the gesture.
"Some put their hands in the pocket or like this (making thumb movements of clicking a pen), is that a gesture?
This is just their style and that (his hand sign) was my style,"
Bung Mokhtar said, adding that the public can interpret whatever they want.
Meanwhile, Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Shabery Cheek when sought for comment, said he would need to look back at the footage before commenting on the issue.

==========================
Dedicated to the Bung
As a whole, things don't look too good for your style. You're a walking JOKE!
You definitely aren't envied for it - not within the party, or even out of it.
Your children would probably be growing up with that much less respect for you - never mind the Malaysian public.
The audacity that you exhibit in saying that viewers are entitled to "interpret as they please" is shocking to say the least - and it is truly in your inimitable crude & shameless "style".
That too, defended by the bung-diots around you!
It is pathetic that your comrades in the party and BBC (bumpkin bung club?) that you represent (as the deputy Chairman, I understand) seem to put up with such misconduct. Despite the 'strong support' from your brotherhood only indicates the moral bankruptcy and hypocrisy within your party. Without a doubt they'd probably be avoiding you like the plague, had it not been for political reasons.
It is understandable for Shabby hesitate condemning you in the bumpkin spirit. I just wonder what the others have to say about such behaviour - Sharizat, Shahrir, Ku Li, Musa Hitam and Mahathir. Oh sorry, Mahathir has decided to abandon you guys for good - thank goodness ....
I wouldn't want to drag the "CEO/ board of Directors" into this, as many seem to have absolved him of the responsibility/duty to put you on the leash that you so badly deserve. Considering his predicament - The CEO who's under siege, probably has bigger nincompoops to deal with.
Despite having grown in years you fail to show any signs of wisdom or really "growing-up". The thrill/excitement (as seen in video clips) that you derive from such outbursts is at best, juvenile and shameful, for one "elected into the august house".
Just hope you and the other Bungs in the BBC will grow up, instead of just growing old shamelessly - wish you well, guys!
And oh .. here's to you BBC bungheads:-

Peace.

Liar, Liar - "Kebinatangan" Hands afire!!!

"Go to Hell!",
"You tak suka, Keluar!",
"Racist", "wayar putuih", "Saya tak takut","I don't know",
"It's FITNAH, Slander, Dirty Politics, gutter politics!"
Don't believe the lies that bloggers or the media prints ..... "they're all liars, rumor-mongers, and slanderers"
These are just words expected of our good clean leaders - and all, strangely come from only one side of the divide!.
That's fine - so let's recap our "our clean political culture".......
But by far, this following clip was the most hilarious of all!
9 May 2007 - "Where's the leak? The Batu Gajah MP leaks every month too," Bung said referring to DAP representative of the constituency, Fong Po Kuan

However, Bung Mokhtar told TheSun outside the House that he did not make the gesture, described as the ‘palm hitting a clenched fist’.
- MalaysiaKini, Sleight of Hand in Parliament, Rahmah Ghazali | Jul 8, 08 7:05pm
Bung Mokhtar Radin (Kinabatangan-BN) today did a U-turn, admitting that he had made an obscene gesture in the Dewan Rakyat yesterday during a dispute with some Pakatan Rakyat MPs.Yes, I did it, but it (the gesture) is not what it means. Everybody has their own perception and it is not rude and it is not what people think it is,” he said when met in the Parliament lobby.
- Malaysia Kini, Kinabatangan MP: Yes, I did it but .....,Rahmah Ghazali | Jul 9, 08 1:46pm
=======================
It's almost "deja vu" -Reminds me of Adnan Yakob's "sleight of hand" some time back (refer to image above).
Click HERE for the YouTube clip.
"Repent You Shameful man" screamed the headlines of Malaysiakini refering to Mr. Bung (pronounced not as in "bang", but "boong", okay) ..... but what do you do, when "some people" are Shame-less - and don't have these very human characteristic of shame?
Maybe they can go for boot-camps, wash plates and learn some etiquette & "leadership skills" - but hey, maybe that's where they learnt these things, under the one who bred them!
Anyways, in Malaysia, they become "leaders" - these guys all have become chief representatives of one group or other in the the ruling parties/ government!
(Mr. Bung is I believe the chairman of the BN BBC, right?)
They lie very openly and refuse to apologise, or even pretend that their behaviour "means something else" and that "it is not what people think it is"!!!
They seem to believe that they are somewhat 'misunderstood' when they do these things- but when the opposition do or say things thats hardly 'offensive" by any standards - and then suddenly .... it isn't our culture!!!
Have any of them been taken to task?
I doubt it - if anything, they were only rewarded with influential posts and more power. On the other hand, maybe they "hold others at ransom"!
Actually the denials upon denials and then the admission of "Kebinatangan" appears to be in line with the culture of "flipping & flopping", among quite a few prominent personalities of late. That's "in our culture", according to these cultural experts!
We all know who bred the "dogs", and who "let the dogs out" - and I'm quite certain Pak Lah

p.s.
Just hope some "prominent 'opinion-leading' bloggers" don't call for a blog-strike in disgust! (whatever that means)
.
Their blogging on things may make these "leaders" smarter - forget about the general public (compared to these imbeciles, the public are really geniuses ....).
.
Though chances are slim for any success, who knows- when you're "prominent personality" taken note of by the MSM & all, it may be worth an effort ;-)
Addendum:
Check out this hilarious clip:-
The "Music" of Carburettor Dung
Nope - no "blog-strike" here ..... I don't indulge in childish political agendas, or claim to represent people I don't know.
Those who think they do - let them be "perasan".
[Sorrylah Rocky & Marina - I don't think you are entitled to "represent bloggers" in the MSM in this case. I thought it was an unjustified, shameful & pathetic attempt at buttering certain people, while discrediting & drawing ridicule upon the blogging community - you guys better come clean on this.
After all, we Malaysians need self-proclaimed "smart bloggers" with weak stomachs for the can-o-worms, to keep us out of the dark ages :-P]
The political mudslinging recently reached fever pitch .....
Taking a break from the Nazri spin, Altantuya, SDs, Denial SOPs, Missing PIs (under duress) and Sodo Mee Fevers that has gripped the nation, here's some Carburettor Dung-tertaiment.
Since I had a good laugh at their expense, in all fairness - here's a videoclip of their performance in JB (the sound on camera isn't too good, butt!).
===================
True - they definitely don't have to apologize. They only did what they normally do.
It probably is a feather in their cap - they did evoke plenty of "energy and anger" (albeit, of the wrong kind) at the rally!
Couldn't say the same for the organizers of the rally, though ...
Hey man - I never said they weren't good in their own way.
It does have a good beat to it. Definitely not for my mellowed-down, "middle-aged" and "respectable:-P" palate/ ear, though - 20yrs ago when I used to be "into it", maybe.
Yep - they're quite okay, and have their own fans in the UG circuit.
Pretty peaceful crowd too (despite all the "energy") at JB- but I seriously doubt that they'd gel with the crowd that turned up at Kelana Jaya Stadium ...
However, I still think it was a major "F-up" on Sham's part to have featured them at a political rally which is meant for the general public (which includes kids and the "ultra conservatives). It definitely cannot be deemed as "suitable entertaiment" for the "Protes" event, which is more mainstream .... although it would be a good idea to get the UG, upstream/downstream headbanging crowd to be part of the movement towards national political consciousness.
These guys usually thrive on being "anti-establishment", no matter what - they don't want to be "mainstream". They like being "rebels" (even if it is without a cause). Their events are meant for a niche" crowd, suited for those sentiments.
Being "politically incorrect" is their trademark!
It's sad that Sham Rais and the event organisers don't seem to understand that. Just becos they are "anti-establishment", it doesn't mean that they "gel" with the sentiments of the general public at such events.
Sounds like the organizers didn't have their pulse on the people in this case .... it just shows the detachment.
Anyway, although I'm not exactly "conservative", I'd be horrified, should a 10yr-old kid takes a liking to this UG culture, without knowing what it stands for ...
Their name still does tickle the funny bone in me though ....
"Carburettor DUNG" - what a name .... but it does kinda "grow on you"?!

AG- The Institution over the Individual? Here?
THE Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA)'s probe into allegations against Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hassan and Attorney-General (A-G) Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail for abuse of power will be conducted with integrity although there may be conflicts of interest. ....
He said there are two aspects to the A-G, namely the A-G as an individual, and the A-G as an institution which comprises other officials such as the deputy A-G or the solicitor-general.
"The decision whether to prosecute or not will not be decided by the A-G as an individual but will be made by the A-G as an institution. And, because of conflict of interests, surely he (A-G) will not take part.
- The Sun
===========================
The 'erudite' YB Nazri said, "Justice must be seen to be done..... "
"...probe into allegations.... will be conducted with integrity although there may be conflicts of interest."
"The decision whether to prosecute or not .... will be made by the A-G as an institution."
That's so "deep", Nazri!
I'm so impressed with such "integrity" in our high offices!
Pardon me, but as a layman, I fail to understand the workings (separation of powers) of the Individual and the Institution here - ....... never knew such separation of powers existed or is even possible within the AG's Chambers!
I didn't know that the AG's office could be rendered into somewhat like that of a rubber-stamp office of an institution.
Keeping an individual who is subject of a "probe" at the helm, may be detrimental to the image of the institution itself ..... that is why you have a vetting process prior to one's appointment.
It was my belief that it was the moral duty of those holding high office to vacate the seat of power, to facilitate investigation/ probe.
It would otherwise be an insult to him and the office he holds.
Of course - one is innocent until proven guilty (except in 'certain cases', where one is pronounced guilty when "he failed to prove his innocence" - but that a different story which obviously doesn't apply here.)
Of course it is technically possible to have the man in office and still have an impartial inquiry, but is this possible in practise .... what more, with the "much-envied" credibility of the current administration!
How does the Institution of the AG, now bypass the authority of the individual at the helm, when he has not been relieved of his duties?
Does that not mean that the AG cannot be privy to information - and as such "powerless" in his own home?
Due to the admitted potential for "conflict of interest", shouldn't the subject of inquiry (the individual) by right be relieved of his duties (by the Institution), until the results of the inquiry are known.
By not doing so, doesn't it discredit the "Institution" and inquiry itself?
Since "justice must be seen to be done", wouldn't it be better to at least have an acting-Chief, until the subject of the investigation is cleared?
As in the past, YB Nazri surely does a poor job at articulating his ideas on legal matters.
Senator Zaid - I think it is time you shed some light (or spin) on this matter ....
Or are we waiting for another SD to surface, to futher discredit what little's left?
