Hate Politics "Education" - for "Bolehsian Nationhood".

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

***********************************************
"The 35-year-old history teacher had on two occasions last month called Indian students in a Form Four and Form Five class ‘black monkeys’, ‘Negroes’ and ‘keling pariah’. She had also said that Indians came from dogs and prostitutes and that the community's youths did not have testicles and that its women constantly menstruated.
- MalaysiaKini
------------------------------------

About 1,000 demonstrators, including activists from UMNO and PAS, gathered outside the Bar Council building holding placards that read "Don't challenge Islam," "Long live Islam" and "Bar Council, don't play with fire”; racial slurs like "pig", "traitor" and "go back to China" were also thrown about.
-Jed Yoong

***********************************************

Is it any wonder that we had unthinking "defenders of God" hurling obscenities?
These mindless masses thought nothing of the insults that a "teacher" hurled at children who don't even know what hate is.

After all, when the Ministers of education can make hate speeches, call for blood and scream out fascistic ideas - and be applauded by unthinking masses who consider them "patriotic", why should these "small fry" be persecuted for calling people names?
Maybe it's their way of encouraging the other racist partners in the "holy alliance of pirates" to shout out,
"Melayu kayu! Melayu Layu! Melayu Kampung! ...." or whatever else. Had this happened, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a couple of C4 military-grade plastic eplosives go off at venues related to the "Nons".
But of course these things cannot and will not happen, because the "Nons" have more "civilised & grateful" leaders - political pirates or not. The "Nons" who are their partners also tend to keep silent and smile despite the humiliation - and this has been interpreted as "gratefulness" by an "illustious intellectual Muslim" who's clueless about the Law, and does not helm the nation anymore.

Yes - that's what they call it - "Gratefulness", for the abuse & intimidation.
Here are a whole lot of "grateful faces" - at least Mahathir and all BN members think so ...

They believe that the "partner Nons" are grateful for being spat on their faces!!

That is also why you will see these very "Nons" who have no sense of honor or shame, campaigning for their venom spitting "coalition members" at Permatang Pauh despite being treated like scum and spat at by their political masters.

Hence the pindrop silence of our education ministers (past and present) when these perversion of sensitivities are perpetrated towards innocent children in schools.
In their book, it probably wasn't unIslamic and "acceptable" - simply the agenda of the day, so as to make them feel "superior" under their "coconut shells".

Take a good look at our politics, education system and civil service, wherein shameless bigotry is practiced - anything said to humiliate a Non-Muslim or a Non-Malay is "kosher".

Neither side (BN, Keadilan or PAS) would do much to condemn these bigots, because "it isn't politically wise" to do so - especially when nearing any elections where the votebank is with the Malays. Of course there will be whispers of objection made with such hesitance, that one is disgusted with the statement itself!!

Yessir - for the Malay votes, you need to preach (even if you don't practice) Racism, Aparthied, Hatred, Supremacy and/or religious bigotry.
Accountability, good governance, justice, ethics, morality and what not cannot be used as political currency ... it buys nothing!

  • You need to reinforce the idea that Islam and the Malay race is under siege - that the cannibalistic Jews/Chinese/Indians/Kafirs will barbeque them for dinner if they don't vote for their "God or Race".
  • To be the Malay Leader, you need to give tacid approval to hate speeches or humiliation of the "Nons", despite the "coughing" disapprovals made in press statements, for fear of losing out on the "extremist/seige mentality" vote bank!
  • The blood-thirsty ones who scream for Chinese blood, and Kris loving education Ministers will meanwhile just "transfer the delinquents" as a "punishment" for such "misdemeanors".
The true blue Malay "leaders" will meanwhile stand their ground in silence while calls for discrimination is made, and be the "Malay Heroes"!
That's the definition of the words "patriotiosm" & "nationhood" in Bolehsia for you ..... if you don't like it, tough luck buddy!
"Reversion" may help, though ..... try it out!

That would probably explain a whole lot about PAS and their recent surge in "Islamist rhetoric" and the ulamas' suggestion that Hadi be the next PM should PR come to power -
or the stale rhetoric about banning alcohol/gambling (while they drink out of cups full of haram taxes),
or that maybe one day suggest that Inul/Avril Lavigne should wear burqas during their performances to make it "kosher".

I'm quite certain that the architects of our education system will laughing their guts out seeing all these while they burn in hell
and our education minister (and the Malay/Muslim "intelligentsia") remain silent.

The education and political system definitely did well in training many Malay leaders who are devoid of the alien characteristic of 'conscience', to develop forked tongues ....
Here's something "new" from our MSM about a very "honest" leader, which would be very "convincing" (and he wants to talk to the Lawyers!!!):-

IPOH: PAS Youth head Salahuddin Ayub plans to invite the Bar Council for a dialogue with the party. Saying that his duty at the “embracing Islam” forum was just to keep the peace, he blamed the Bar Council for not explaining ahead the objective of its meeting which came to a halt when demonstrators stormed the venue in Kuala Lumpur. If the Council had explained fully, distributed pamphlets or conducted a publicity campaign, it would not have led to protests, he said. I felt it was my duty to be present to defuse a quarrel should it have erupted. The Council should give ample notice instead of giving an impression that it was an open forum organised under a cloud of secrecy,” he said.
- The Star

Where's the smoke coming from....
Is somebody's Pants ... no- it's "jubbah" - on fire?
And knowing the notions upon which the country was built, soon it will be dear old Bolehsia's turn to burst into flames ..... PR, Anwar, Hadi, Islam or not!
Maybe that will give us a express ticket to heaven and hell.
Well PAS & Gang, Go to your Heaven
- I'm sure your hell will be quite heavenly for me!!

Anyone else interested in PAS's Hell out there?
See you there, guys!

Promoting Political Ghettoes of Conceit.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

-Malaysiakini

It is interesting to note that PAS made a step in the right direction in attempting to create a political lobby group to look into the social/cultural interests of the Malay/Muslim community.
Some may view it as a "racist" agenda, on part of PAS politicians - but I believe that such a perception may not be too accurate.

It would possibly placate those whose political gurus have been stoking sectarian conflicts for the last 25 yrs, and assist them in dispelling their unfounded fears of being "dispossessed in their own land".
This would aid a great deal in helping the community to get out of the "ghetto/siege mindset" that is nurtured and promoted by racist politicians and "educationists". However, PAS would do well to inculcate universal ethical values into them, instead of focusing solely on the narrow "Islamist agenda" which happens to be both the strength and weakness at the same time.

Should this "united NGO" materialize with proper ethical values, Malaysia may just be able to move on to national politics, devoid of racist ideas/ideals. It is however quite possible that efforts towards this end may be sabotaged by "racist parties", who insist on following the beaten path of sectarian politics, so as to hold on to their fort despite their mediocrity, under the guise of "defending the race/religion".

It isn't surprising that the VC of UiTM had made the comments mentioned above, after having been in that one and only hallowed institution for all his life- after all, he apparently finished both his BA and MA within 3 yrs!! Moreover, all the theses and publications that he churned out were apparently UiTM-centric - so totally "impressive" indeed.

To pathetic academicians like Dr. Ibrahim, race takes precedence over all matters in "education" - students should be given the privilege of living in institutionalized educational ghettoes "to defend the race".
Apparently, it is how students should be instilled with "universal values", and then can go on to "succeed" in the cruel world out there, under the banner of "ketuanan melayu".

It's quite interesting to note his conviction that UiTM are much sought after in the private sector and internationally.
Call it what you may - but if that isn't conceit, I really don't know what the word means!!

"Poor" things - little Hadhari students and all....., we cannot expect better from "ghetto" inmates, I suppose.
Anyway, if racism fails to convince the people, we always have the option to make "Religion - The Politician's Playground", so as to reinforce the siege/ghetto mentality into the youngsters of today - and we don't have any shortage of political gurus on that front ....

When the "Means" is Priority over Outcome

****************************************

"Where is the life we have lost in the living?
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?

Where is the knowledge we have lost in information ?

The cycles of heaven in twenty centuries

bring us farther from God and nearer to dust."

- T.S. Elliot
==============================

Recently, there was a "mainstream" supported NGO protesting mob that caught the headlines, after having successfully subverted the rule of law.
In fact the mob almost appeared to be (unwittingly or was it by design?) assisted by those entrusted to protect/ uphold the rule of law, in "storming" the recent forum at the Bar Council.

It was quite obvious right from the start that certain "leaders" had chosen to misinform and misrepresent the objective of the forum, to their ardent fans .... and the Bar Council had unwittingly (or was it by design?) jumped headlong into a politically charged controversy.
Were members of the mob or the Bar simply proxies of "other forces"?
Probably God and some higher offices would be privy to such information ......

Without a doubt, the Bar Council had every right guaranteed under the Constitution, to hold the very necessary forum.
However, the timing and methods in used, would've had the pirates rub their hands in glee - knowing full well the "political opportunities" it gave rise to ....

The organisation of whole event was so totally ill-conceived, that it was doomed right from the start. It is quite a wonder that the erudite Bar Council President could not see, that without political clout/ patronage, the intelligentsia are nothing - for the mob don't see or listen to reason.
Malaysia Today had an article written by "Teh Tarik", which said that - "Bar Council is legally RIGHT but politically WRONG". That article pretty much summed up my sentiments about the whole "issue".

G.K. Chesterton once said, "What we need is a Leadership that is not only right where we are right, but right where we are wrong".
The picture above wherein the police silently observes an assertive mob, would however, definitely illustrate the malady that we are faced with as a "nation"....
Coupled with a report from MSM (Najib: Bar Council’s persistence caused extreme reaction) when politicians turn "mob justice" apologists and condemn the lawful party in the conflict - it speaks volumes about the credibility of the Bolehsian leaders.

Meanwhile, Rice & Bulbar Inc. are busy trying to convince the "bogeyman of the Muslim world" that we in Bolehsia practice "Rule of Law" under the guidance of Islam (at least when in politically beneficial to the pirates of the constitution, I guess). The fact that the Bar Council was "warned" by an unruly mob which is "subtly assisted" by the leaders, is I'm sure very convincing.
That the politicians support primitive responses to "perceived threats to Islam", is in itself a testimony to the "effectiveness" of the real people in power.
One would be hard pressed though, to seek out where in sacred literature, it is encouraged to make a mockery of human rights, the law and institutions of Justice ....

The "Neanderthal" response of "flight or fight", repeatedly becomes the the favoured option (over intelligent debate), under the under the current "Rule of Law", epitomised by the likes of Bung, KJ, Mr.Kris, Nazri and gang.
More and more, we see that when the leaders speak, it appears that their words lack any element of logic or common sense. Indecision, flip-flopping, racist statements, undermining of public order and justification of mob rule has today become the trend.
It almost appears that the leaders wish to push the nation into a state of chaos - slowly but surely, so as to justify "drastic action" in the near future.

[Before I go on, I'd like to say that when the sanctity of a theology is perverted through politicization, it is doomed to extinction
- it would then remain, only as a "Godless" shell of a religion devoid of spirituality, and serves only to shackle the minds of its deluded adherents/practitioners.
History will vouch for that indisputable fact
.]
Having failed to play up the "Race Factor" for the sake of political expediency, "Religion" is today the hotbed of political manouvering by pirates competing for pop appeal.
A confused electorate infused with sentiments of pride, rage, chauvinism and disillusionment, then applaud the mindless mob who have subverted the constitution, and have the audacity to "warn the Bar Council" while "enforcers" and politicians coolly look on.

As mentioned before, in the post-5.13 ideology, Morality, Reality, and the Conscience has no place in the "grand design" of our political masters - in fact, it would be detrimental to the deceitful agenda of the pirates who propagate a Godless "social contract" (and not the Federal Constitution), which benefits only themselves.

"Sensitivities & perception" - These are the most potent and effective tools that are exploited so as to cover their guilt of incompetence and corruption, and hold the state at ransom. These two potent tools a manipulated so as to rile up the emotionally vulnerable electorate and so, subvert the constitution and rule of law that they love to preach.
With these, they can easily cover up their guilt of plunder under the guise of "national security" - and that's ultimately, the bottom line.

Guilt Concealed By Fear was the title of a post last year, in which the speaker (Ravi Zacharias) said,
"Guilt that is concealed seldom stops with the one who harbors that hurt.
Sooner or later that pain of fear and guilt is spread to others, particularly to those closest to us.
“Victimless” crimes are an illusion, for deceit is a monster that needs constant feeding.
It would be foolish for us to think that we can deal with guilt by somehow covering it up.
The moment that we cover our guilt we escalate the tension in our lives by adding the dimension of fear.
We may then become people who seem okay on the outside, but inside we are struggling to maintain the facade........

Carried to a different level, this same tendency underlies all our national preoccupation with one social or economic crisis after another.
No one seems willing to admit that at the heart of our malady is a mangled spirituality.
"

Contradictory signals are seen in the responses coming from the general Malay/Muslim electorate - on one hand they wish to rise to the occasion and create a "masyarakat madani", but on the other, they justify mob rule, and support the stifling of civilised debate on matters which are of national concern.
It is probably that they aren't quite as ready as previously thought by many, to come out of the "siege mentality" which has been drummed into them for 50 yrs - and embrace the "change" that they voted for on March 8.
Again & again they fall victim to the emotional manipulations of pirates who hold the nation at ransom.

NEP : Trading Rights for "Peace and Prosperity"

[Note:Your petition to His Majesty the Yang DiPertuan Agong to register our concerns on the judicial appointments and to appeal for His Majesty’s intervention has been launched...... You can access the petition HERE.]
-Haris Ibrahim, The People's Parliament.
=====================================

"Change these stones to bread, and they'll follow you ...."
- The Devil

=====================================

Someone once said that everybody has a price - and that almost anyone would trade away his/her deepest convictions, at that certain price, so as to replace it with envy, pride, greed, lust and delusions of grandeur.

All of us will be tempted at one time or other, by those who rule, to trade away our rights and conscience for some fleeting comforts - real or imagined.
More often than not, in the absence of civil society and a social conscience, the people are often short-changed, and are comfortably oblivious to it.

As a result, one's perception of right and wrong becomes perverted, as the conscience grapples with the challenge of justifying one's evil actions, until it slowly dies off completely.
It happens, when the people trade away their souls out of pride.
The pirates are bound to exploit the corrupting power of this pride to their benefit - albeit, democratically.

Today, we have politicians who would deny us all rights, for all the wrong reasons - apparently out of fear of this or that, when it is they who tend to provoke these imagined fears, so as to benefit from it.
  • ...Do not speak of the "social contract" - it may provoke racial tensions, and it's seditious.
  • ...Do not throw away the NEP crutch- you should fear being dispossessed, and that you cannot compete with the "pendatang" industry.
  • ...Do not question cronyism - it is in the interest of enriching not just the poor and the middle-class, but also the rich and connected (of a certain "politically defined race" only, though). It is to achieve "equitable distribution of wealth among races" through preferential licencing and opportunities for plunder in failed/mega projects. Only then can the rempits and makcik shout for joy that "their people" are "successful.
  • ...Do not question when you are denied opportunities - it is part of "the social contract", and you're a "pendatang". You have to be eternally grateful that you're given the opportunity to serve "god's gift to mankind", who happens to have a fetish for the anally inclined.
  • ...Do not speak of the legal implications of conversions (that's the latest)- you should fear the "sensitive" nature of the topic, lest it "provokes tension".
  • ...Do not challenge the "authority" of the Government - we're "pantang dicabar"(and it isn't our culture)!
  • ...Do not question Petronas accounts or the numerous "mega-concessions" - it is under OSA and trust us when we say that it is well managed. They only invest in F1 or send numerous 4WD troupes to god-forsaken deserts to test their oil.

This phenomenon is uniquely Malaysian ......
- do not speak, do not write, do not debate, do not ask, do not think - we just need to "keep the peace".
Is such a peace worth it, even if it strips you of all human dignity?
I'm not so sure myself - maybe it is .....
If so, what was so wrong about being a colony of the Brits? We certainly had plenty of "peace" and wealth was created by them in rubber , tin and trade ..... except for one unavoidable war.

Stalin once said that, "the common man is like the chicken whose feathers you have plucked out, and yet, would come to you for some warmth and food, despite the pain that you have inflicted upon it".
It was his idea that pain should be inflicted upon man, so as to get them to follow you in submission ....

The pain of 5.13, when citizens succumbed to blackmail and sold their souls to the devil, has got the nation in a stranglehold.
(yes - once again, it goes back to that fateful day, when high treason was committed by certain parties, who today use it as a scare tactic to intimidate a peace loving people)
One that's choking the lifeblood out of of this nation - through that cancerous "miracle" called NEP.
The "people were grateful" for the peace & bread, and they blindly followed despite the pain .... and the rest is history.

To some, the remedy for all the ills today is purely economic - hence everyone can be brought.
Values of Morality, integrity and conscience had no place in the grand design.
Only the price needs to be haggled over - sometimes it is chauvinistic rhetoric, sometimes it is lucrative/cheap contracts, and at other times it is just powerful political posts.
Often though, just chest-thumping patriotism and a glittering skyline to gawk at would do well enough to capture the imagination of the gawking "proles" - while the beneficiaries of "affirmative action for the rich" do shopping in London with the plunder of the nations wealth.
Everybody can and should be bought - it is how the politics of Malaysia works for the future, under the rule of "certain parties".

It was this NEP that was used as the vehicle to artificially create "the rich" of a certain "politically affiliated race" through the sins of envy, pride and greed. The "privileged rich" were used as heroes to inflate the racist pride & ego with plenty of hot air and mediocrity, instead of real industry.
The result, is what we have today - a state (no, not a nation - we do not deserve that stature/distinction as yet) which is rotting from the corruption that's been eating it from within for the last 25 yrs.

It is all about "giving enough" to some people, so that a certain "bogeyman"-race isn't victimised for their industry ..... and that "enough", is subject to the whims and fancy of the pirates.

Malaysia is today, like a beautiful woman driven to ecstasy on her first experimentation with drugs, and is now is about to burn-out after the fun, dreams and the delusions of grandeur are gone .... and the reality and pain of the addiction becomes a burden, and yet crawls back to her tormenters (ala the "Stockholm Syndrome").
She is a slave who gives in to the temptations of materialistic hedonism and the dependence, that is promoted by the "drug-barons" who hold her at ransom.
Lost in her stupor and corruption, reason and righteousness makes no sense - she'd give in to anything and anyone for sustenance, while peddling her seductive beauty ..... and "cold turkey" is a horrific prospect.

The "cold turkey" that we may have to endure for the next few years may indeed be painful, as the "drug-barons" and oligarchs of old would never give up without a fight .... not when the plunder has to stop, before they've had their fill.

Amidst all these, there is Hope once again in the hearts of the people (unlike previously), in the form of none other than Anwar Ibrahim himself.
In substance however, it is actually civil society and the awakening of the national conscience.
Caught unawares, pirates are grappling with it this "new phenomenon" and are trying hard to snuff it out at its infancy, through sheer intimidation and the occasional carrot.

It is not proposed here that the people take to the streets at their whim and fancy in rebellion, nor do I suggest that we start bearing arms against our brothers in the name of racism or religious chauvinism.
What we need is to start thinking and doing more to promote active debate, without getting worked up, filing sodomy charges or going MIA after making SDs.
But sadly, fear mongering, stifling dissent, inquiry & debate seems to be the the order of the day. It is the only way they seem to know how to respond to ideas- with the primitive "flight or fight" reaction, using threats of "instability" as an excuse.

There's this story about a conversation between a man and a young lady ....
The man propositioned to this attractive young lady for a million dollars.
The woman was shocked, and remained silent.
After some time, the young lady asked the man, "A million dollars ......?"
The man said "Yes", and was silent for a moment before he continued, "Excuse me Dear - I really don't have a million ..... but would settle for ten bucks?"
The young lady, in a huff, replied, "What do you think I am!!?"
And the man promptly replied, "I think we have established that - now, we are simply haggling over the price ...."

It remains to be seen, if we be that woman who is seduced by a million bucks and ends up being short-changed, or the proverbial "Stalin's chicken" that hobbles to his tormentor for warmth and food .....
And all these, while unblushing racist megalomaniacs speak of the fears of retribution- as "gratefulness", and brag about their "achievements" in building phallic monstrosities, and pseudo-entrepreneurs via "affirmative action" (for the rich mainly), and leaving "chicken feed" for the people .....

Faced with powerful "subversive elements", the ultimate price we pay for justice may well be the "Peace" as we know it.
Could this be the price of Justice and Democracy?

"......., the Chinese were very grateful.
......... the Chinese votes were overwhelming, helping to give the BN party the 2/3 majority, despite Anwar's black eye".

Let's Screw the Patriots and the Flag now, shall we?

"Meletakkan kalungan bunga di Tugu Peringatan sempena upacara sambutan Hari Pahlawan dan upacara-upacara lain adalah haram dan hendaklah ditinggalkan."

============================
"Hang the National Flag Upside Down as a sign of Protest~"
"It is wrong to lay flowers wreaths at the National Monument or salute at the ceremony, out of respect for our patriots who died for us.
Never mind that they shed their blood -
What matters is we get to dish out our drivel to you, while we are paid to break wind -
for which you have to be eternally thankful!"
- "A Small Sick mind"
============================

As I was waking around town yesterday, I found this very strange piece of "official document" on the road - it had a very official looking letterhead.
My friend told me that it belonged to a very sinister group that apparently influences the "national agenda".
They have put forward a new national agenda, and are trying to teach the people "The New Ethics & Morality" of Bolehsia, where you get free publicity for literally selling your high-profile ass, and your blog on the exploits of your ass gets free write-ups in the MSM.
[Is it any wonder that some guys even think it is cool to hang the flag inverted? Hell man, I'd understand if you hang some Mr.Kutty inverted by his jewels at the Merdeka square flagpole ... but the flag???? What did the flag do to you for gottsakes, man?]

Being a responsible blogger, to protect the Identity of the group and individual who signed the document, I have destroyed the document, after memorising it verbatim.
BTW, I'm hoping that a certainTunku A - (that foreign Malay bourgoisie who has a column in the MSM), and the MSM would help me get more hits.

After all the MSM has devoted so much space and write-up on a "ass-travels stories" blog, by a certain PsyFool (click here for "Frontpage 'News'"), while this Tunku A has questioned the blogs' credibility as opposed to the "uncensoring MSM" that pays him for breaking wind.

Anyway, to cut my rambling short, here goes the "secret circular" ~ .....
-------------------------------------------------------

Tuan/Puan/Datuk/ Nenek/Tan Sri/Tun,

Sekian, Terima Kasih.

The Spirit of Merdeka - The Hartal.

========================================
In keeping with the "Spirit of Merdeka", my first post this month is dedicated to the early patriots.

They were quite a different "breed" of Leaders- from the "Etonesque" generation (mainly from a certain Kolek) of pretenders, usurpers and pirates (whose legacy in leadership, we now put up with) who were nurtured by Brits and came later.

Unlike the pirates, these patriots of old Truly Fought & Suffered for Independence against colonialism.

For more on the early patriots (long before UMNO or Umno Baru), please visit 10 Tahun, the blog.
The following was taken from "10 Tahun" on Facebook.
(My apologies for the "Lazy blogging")
========================================

October 20th, 1947 was a historical day in the rakyat's constitutional struggle for independence from British colonialism.

On that day, the whole of Malaya and Singapore bore witness to the first political action that involved the united action of people of all races - the Malaya-wide hartal.

Two weeks before Hartal Day, PUTERA-AMCJA had released a "Hartal Manifesto" that called upon all those who regarded Malaya as their home to observe Oct 20, 1947 as a Day of Protest against the Revised Constitutional Proposals, by staging a Malaya-wide hartal on that day.

"October 20 has been selected as the Day of Protest because it is on that day that the British Parliament is scheduled to begin its autumn session, during which it is reported that a debate on the constitutional issue in Malaya will take place."

"On October 20, therefore, between the hours of 6 a.m. and midnight, all those who regard Malaya as their real home and who support the People's Constitution issued by PUTERA-AMCJA, are asked not to carry out their usual occupations, but to remain indoors throughout the day and night."

"You are asked for one day to cease work in order to demonstrate to the government that you reject the Revised Constitutional Proposals, and in order to carry our struggle for acceptance of the People's Constitution one step further."

"October 20 is the day on which the people of Malaya will be called upon to stage the greatest political demonstration that this country has ever seen."

Thus, on Oct 20, 1947, beginning from 6 a.m, the whole of Malaya underwent the hartal. Merchants shut their shops, labourers stopped going to the mines, factories, shipyards, and rubber plantations, farmers did not work their lands, fishing folk stayed ashore, housewives did not go to the markets, and the youth stayed away from amusement parks. Only colonial government offices, European stores and several other shops operated as usual.

It was estimated that the British colonial government suffered £4 million in losses from the nationwide strike that day.

According to the Putera-AMCJA, the hartal was also "a unique method of political education. It brought the constitutional issue into every home in the country, and confronted every man, woman and child with this issue. Even in the Government English schools, children in the fourth and fifth standards questioned their teachers about the hartal, asked about its nature and why the government was opposed to it".

My God- It's Your God!

(WARNING: This post contains an 18PG class of advertisement at the bottom)

The article on No Holds Barred by RPK entitled "My God is different from your God" was something that many saw as an "attack on Islam/ Malays" who are enamoured by the trappings of wealth, luxury and "privilege".

It didn't quite seem to be so to me - it was more of an attack on the philosophy and morality that has bred a generation of bigots and liars. A philosophy that breeds the idea and "ethics" of robbers .....

The following was my comment:

It has nothing to do with religion, but everything to do with education.
It is the education that has been corrupted since the start of the NEP (aka 'social contract') and formation of Biro Tata Nincompoops - two immoral institutions that breeds corruption.

I'm sorry RPK - but I think you're hitting out at the "people of a race/religion", but not the institutions that breeds the corruption at the expense of justice and integrity.

The problem starts when these ideas of "crook" are stressed on via the "creed" of "Racial Supremacy" or "Religious Chauvinism".

They believe that they cannot be wrong - they are "Mr & Ms Right", and their fisrt name is "Always" - that is in God's name, mind you!

Children at a tender and impressionable age, are thought and programmed from elementary classes, that it's their right to come up tops - by hook or crook.

They are taught that it is okay to cheat - that it is their "God-given" privilege to cheat, as long as a man in robes and a serban says so in the name of "religion".
Or a kris-brandishing maniac who's an "acclaimed" leader by virtue of birth! Ethics and morality are lost on these guys.

When they are rewarded for dismal performance, with cooked up results (different standards used), given opportunities when the more desrving are denied - they are already bribed and corrupted!
Any which way you look at it , any man who can say that he deserves to be rewarded for mediocrity by virtue of "birthright", when excellence isn't, is already corrupted.
We have a whole generation of them in Malaysia.

What else can we expect?

Integrity or excellence doesn't mean anything - it was never part of the curriculum.

The curriculum is twisted to have ego boosting and corrupting effect on the students! The result is "brain-dead" holier than thou automatons who have lost the ability to think.

Corruption is the "ideal lifestyle" that is sought to be emulated (..... just look at how they glorify gangsters and robbers with awards).

The Malays have been corrupted (not that 'others' aren't - but in Malays of 'high standing', it is quite 'endemic'), without even them realizing it - no matter how much they indulge in penances.

Even the Tok Guru "rebels" in certain parties, are willing to negotiate with the corruptors, based on these very ideals of corruption. As long as it is for the greater glory of "Islam-as-I-say-tion".
Their faith appears to be weak at best - they seem to thrive on the fears induced upon them by the corruptors.

One Guru even mentioned about some political leaders being killed, people being deprived of 'things' and oil royalties being stolen, as reasons to work with the devils.

I wonder who's corrupting whom ....

These guys should just concentrate on the Google Ad above, and forget everything else :
"Faraj Lebih Ketat Atasi faraj longgar dan berair.
Suami pasti puas.Dijamin. RM67.00"

As you said earlier, Pete - it all boils down to conscience and "shame".

When you have lost these two, you have lost all it means to be human.
